For all appointment bookings, invoicing queries and house clearance enquiries please use email, where our two home based admins will assist you.
We aim to reply to all emails within 48hrs and try to spot any landing in spam.
Whatsapp/Text Messages: 07730 090500 – for receiving of non urgent messages via text or images via whatsapp. These will go to one of the remote admins to review.
There is no manned telephone line. The team are usually at house clearances during the daytime. The saleroom is only manned for the set collection week after an auction or for email booked appointments.

Collections of online purchases are by appointment only.
DIRECTIONS:
FROM LAUNCESTON – come towards Callington on the A388
at Kelly Bray you will pass the Swingletree Pub on your left, continue straight ahead. You will see a playing field & allotments on your right. Take the First right immediately after allotments onto South Hill Road. see below
FROM TAVISTOCK – come into Callington using the A390. At Callington traffic lights turn right onto the A388 heading towards Launceston, as you leave Callington you will pass the Callington Community College on your right. Take the first left onto South Hill Road. see below
FROM SALTASH – come into Callington via the A388, at Callington traffic lights proceed straight ahead towards Launceston, as you leave Callington you will pass the Callington Community College on your right. Take the first left onto South Hill Road. see below
FROM LISKEARD – come into Callington Fore Street using the A 390 at the traffice light crossroads turn right onto the A388 towards Launceston, as you leave Callington you will pass the Callington Community College on your right. Take the first left onto South Hill Road see below
ONCE ON SOUTH HILL ROAD – you will immediately see Callington Fire Station with it’s training tower on your right, as you look down the road ahead, you will see a row of white road markings for slowing down the traffice, our gateway entrance is literally at the end of the white markings
please drive into the yard and proceed to the office, entrance is the far side of the grey portacabin.
