Remaining lots are being stored and will be included in either the next possible online auction, offered as buy now lots, or vendors contacted to collect as soon as it is deemed correct to encourage non-essential appointments.

DIRECTIONS:

FROM LAUNCESTON – come towards Callington on the A388

at Kelly Bray you will pass the Swingletree Pub on your left, continue straight ahead. You will see a playing field & allotments on your right. Take the First right immediately after allotments onto South Hill Road. see below

FROM TAVISTOCK – come into Callington using the A390. At Callington traffic lights turn right onto the A388 heading towards Launceston, as you leave Callington you will pass the Callington Community College on your right. Take the first left onto South Hill Road.  see below

FROM SALTASH – come into Callington via the A388, at Callington traffic lights proceed straight ahead towards Launceston, as you leave Callington you will pass the Callington Community College on your right. Take the first left onto South Hill Road.   see below

FROM LISKEARD – come into Callington Fore Street using the A 390 at the traffice light crossroads turn right onto the A388 towards Launceston, as you leave Callington you will pass the Callington Community College on your right. Take the first left onto South Hill Road see below

ONCE ON SOUTH HILL ROAD – you will immediately see Callington Fire Station with it’s training tower on your right, continue past Greenfields Housing Estate, also on your right.

You will then see fields & outbuildings on your right after the small farm gate is a bannered double gateway on the right.

This is the entrance to Beech Auctions.

PLEASE NOTE:

IN GOOD WEATHER – the yard & fields are used for parking, the security lads in flourescents will assist with where to park.

IN WET WEATHER – once the yard is full, you will be required to park on the road. All road vehicles ust park on the OPPOSITE side to the saleroom. This is not only to assist the firestation should they get a shout but also to make the saleroom gateway clear for pedestrians to see if anything is coming. Please abide by these rules and be considerate to our neighbours, their grass verges & gateways must not be used or blocked.
